08:00 – 09:15 Departure from Split to Sibenik
Although the old road to Šibenik is shorter in distance, we prefer to take our guests on the faster and more pleasant highway, since the old road runs along the coast and thus is very winding.

Explore Šibenik by walking through its idyllic and small streets where stone houses and stairways are flanking the way up to the fortress. The city of stone, as it is often called, will take you on a travel back in time. During the 45-minute tour of Šibenik’s old town, you will be able to visit the famous Cathedral of St James with a licensed guide. It owes its uniqueness to the fact that it is entirely stone-made and therefore stands out in European architecture.
After the guided tour, we provide you with 45 minutes of free time to explore Šibenik on your own. St Michael’s fortress, another highlight of the city, invites you with amazing views and is a sight we recommend visiting. Those of you who rather want to relax in the old town should grab a delicious gelato or a cold drink for refreshment.
10:45 – 11:15 Bus ride from Šibenik to the Krka National Park
Upon arrival at the Krka National Park, there will be a short stop at the park entrance so you can freshen up and use the restrooms before starting our tour inside the park.
11:30 – 12:30 Skradinski Buk – Guided Tour
Skradinski Buk, the gem of the Krka National Park, is one of the longest and most beautiful waterfalls in Croatia. During the guided tour around the park, your licensed guide will provide you with plenty of information on this impressive cascading waterfall and explain to you how the river water was utilized for centuries on the example of the washing columns, rolling mills and old water mills that we will pass along this tour.
Our next sight is the Ethno village, which was awarded with the “Golden Flower of Europe award”. This beautifully renovated complex will give you an insight how the people around here used to live. You will also hear more about the park’s floral and faunal diversity and the history of Skradinski Buk and its creation.
12:30 – 15:30 Free time to swim and enjoy the Krka National Park on your own
Now might be a good time to unpack your swimming gear and jump into the refreshing waters of the river. Skradinski Buk and its azure pools provide you with a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself into pristine nature and certainly get some of the most memorable photos of your holiday.

What better way to complete the visit to the Krka National Park than with a leisurely boat ride along the river. The beautiful scenery and gorgeous landscape will accompany you all the way to Skradin. Look out for the local swans that swim along the shores in this picture-perfect environment.
