Your tour will continue in the lower lakes of the national park where you will get to see the Great Waterfall – the biggest waterfall in Croatia.

8:00 – 11:30 Departure from Trogir to Plitvice Lakes National Park
Your group will meet at a designated meeting point, where you will board a minibus and hit the road to the Plitvice Lakes in the Lika region. You will make way through the Velebit Mountain, near Paklenica National park and the moon-like island of Pag. Along your way to Plitvice Lakes you will also pass through the longest tunnel Croatian tunnel –Mala Kapela at 5821 meters. The region of Lika is completely different than the coastal region so enjoy in another perspective of Croatia’s diversities.
11:30 – 15:30 Guided Plitvice Lakes National Park Tour
Of course, the highlight and the point of this tour are the Plitvice Lakes and its national park, one of the most visited sites in Croatia. Plitvice Lakes became a national park in 1949, and UNESCO recognized its beauty and importance on a world level in 1979 thus making is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its 16 interconnected lakes and waterfalls are a true natural landmark, with its amazing colors changing all shades of green, blue and turquoise.
You will need to traverse wooden walkways and take a relaxing stroll across the trails in the park to get to the waterfalls and see the lakes from proximity. Enjoy the trails, the staggering beauty all around you and allow yourself to get transported to another dimension.

The activities will include a guided tour of the upper lakes, a panoramic train ride inside the park, an electric boat ride on the famous Kozjak Lake, and a guided tour to the highest waterfall in Croatia – the Great Waterfall of 78 meters.
16:00 – 17:00 Free time for lunch
To have some rest and reflect on everything you have seen you will have an hour for some free time inside the park. Enjoy a local meal, purchase some souvenirs of the park or just enjoy in the serenity of the park.
17:00 – 19:30 Plitvice Lakes to Trogir
The tour has reached its end and it is time to go back to Trogir, so rest your legs and close your eyes while we take you back to your accommodation in Trogir and its surroundings.
