In the case of extreme or unfortunate event, free emergency hotline in Croatia is 112, but hopefully you will not need to use it.
Please refer to the Tips section of every tour description you are interested in, where you can find all the information regarding any special clothing or other requirements during that tour.
Meeting point for all our tours (except private ones) is in front of the bronze map of the city, located in front of the southern entrance to Diocletian’s Palace (Dioklecijanova palača) on the boardwalk.
Important: You are advised to plan your journey in advance and make sure you arrive to the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.
Meeting point for all our tours (except the private ones) in within the walking distance of the majority of hotels, so arranged transportation is not necessary. In case your accommodation is out of the city, you are required to arrange transportation to the tour meeting spot on your own, since we do not offer individual arrangements.
All our tours can be booked online. During the booking itself you are required to pay the full amount of the price for the confirmation of reservation (unless stated differently).
Important: Only after your payment has been accepted, you will receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you have booked your tour at any of our sales points, you are obliged to keep the booking voucher with you and make sure to have it at the departure.
For your convenience, all our tours can be booked online. This way you can skip waiting in lines and looking for our sales points in the heat in order to arrange your booking.
We accept cash payments, payments by bank transfer and credit card on-line payments with all kinds of credit and debit cards.
As for the online booking payment method, this is in compliance with Wirecard gateway service policy, which we use to process payments for the convenience of our customers.
We understand that your travel plans might change and we are willing to provide you with this service free of charge. You can easily change the dates of the tours you booked with only one phone call to (+385) 91 617 5000, by stopping by one of our sales points or by sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide us with your names, your confirmation number and the new dates that you would like to make the change to.
If you have booked you tour through another travel agency, you have to make the changes through that agency as well.
Important: Your date change must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
Any tour can be cancelled or postponed up to 24 hours prior to departure time. That way you can get the full refund, exchange it for some other tour or postpone your tour for some other day more suitable to your travel arrangements.
If the reason you are unable to attend your booked tour is an emergency unfortunate event, health condition or an injury, we will gladly refund the whole paid amount, provided that you are able to prove this by enclosing a legitimate medical documentation from the Croatian hospital you have been treated in.
In general, we always try to keep in touch with our customers by exchanging full contact details: e-mail address, phone numbers, accommodation address and other contacts. If you are running late or are unable to show up, it would be appreciated if you informed us you are unable to reach the meeting point on time, as soon as possible. This was it just might still be possible for you to join the group and not miss your tour. Unfortunately, if you do not arrive to tour meeting point in reasonable time, you will lose your payment (the same as missing you flight, etc.)
